If you do not own antivirus software, shut down your computer and go purchase some. Do not restart your computer until you have obtained the software and are ready to install and run it.
If this does not solve the problems that you are having, your next step is to take your computer in to an electronics store that offers computer repairs. These stores have specialists who can try to wipe out the viruses on your computer.
If all else fails, you will probably need to replace your computers hard drive and motherboards. This can be fairly expensive so at this point you should look into the cost of a new computer.
