AVG Anti-Virus 2011 Screenshots:

Screenshot #1: AVG displays several prompts during the Installation process. In this step, users are asked whether they want to install the AVG Browser Toolbar, and make AVG.com their default search engine.

Screenshot #2: The AVG AntiVirus 2011 Dashboard displays all of its antivirus and security commands. Simply single-click an item to read a brief description of its function, and double-click an item to open its dialog window.

Screen Shot #3: The AVG Virus Scanner updates as it finds infected files. The Scan process priority slider at the bottom of the screen lets users increase scanning speed at the expense of system performance.

Screenshot #4: The Update Manager shows how long it's been since AVG's virus definition database was last updated. AVG AntiVirus 2011 can be configured to update automatically; by default, it updates every four hours, but it can be configured to update as quickly as every 15 minutes.

Screenshot #5: The Anti-Rootkit Scanner examines your system for any infections or malicious applications that could give a hacker administrator-level access to your computer.

Screenshot #6: Rather than focusing exclusively on security, the AVG Browser Toolbar attempts to be a general-purpose gadget that provides access to News, Weather, and Internet Search. While the Toolbar is supposed to be compatible with both Internet Explorer and Firefox (no Chrome support), we were only able to activate it in Internet Explorer.
